Bond Saver Cleaning Guide

To get your bond back you need to leave the property in the same condition as you first accepted it (fair wear and tear excepted) and this generally involves a lot of cleaning during the last few days.

Remember to refer to your lease and honour obligations, such as having the carpets cleaned, or pest control treatments carried out. You will need to provide receipts for these services.

Once you have completed the cleaning, Fall Real Estate Property Management  will then inspect the property; if any problems are found, you have the choice of arranging to fix the problem yourself, or deducting costs from your bond money. The property will then be reinspected before signing over your bond.
