I just wanted to pass on my appreciation for the work Andrea has undertaken in relation to the property we are renting. Personally I found it an embarrassing situation to have to complain. Andrea has been totally professional in her dealings with us, ensuring this situation was resolved in a timely and appropriate manner. I am sure it doesn’t come as a surprise that you have an excellent employee in Andrea who represents your company to the highest possible standard. Like most, I am prepared to complain when necessary but I am also more than prepared to pass on thanks and appreciation of a job well done.
