Yachties, boaties here's the place for you five acres with a deep-water mooring
This sunny bush block of almost two hectares (just under five acres) looks over the D'Entrecasteaux Channel from an elevated position close to the end of Wisbys Road, a quiet waterside no-through road. It's just a few steps from the block across the road to the water's edge. Out in the bay is a heavy deep-water mooring, which is included as part of the sale of the block. There's even the opportunity to share the use of a private jetty near the property.
There is a small bunkhouse on-site, with a double bed, twin bunks and bench for a gas cooker. Electricity is available at the bunkhouse but is not presently connected. The block also has a small storage shed and BBQ area, so it's well set up for camping right away - bring your dinghy, fishing gear and kayaks!
Access is by a vehicle track from Wisbys Road. The land is sheltered by Quarantine Point from cold breezes and the views of the nearby bay through light bush are delightful.
Close to the ferry terminal at Roberts Point and a short cruise from the Kettering marina, this is a block that yachties and boat-lovers should be quick to inspect.
