The attractive open forest on both of these two blocks includes some fine mature eucalypts, endemic grass trees, native cherries and casuarinas, all of which are distinctive features of North Bruny Island's coastal vegetation.

Just 20 minutes from the ferry terminal at Roberts Point, the gently-sloping blocks have a sunny aspect. There are glimpses of the D'Entrecasteaux Channel from both lots and with some sensitive landscaping, these views could easily be opened up. Both blocks offer a choice of appealing locations to build, with views, shelter, sun, privacy and bushland seclusion.

Lot 3 already has a good access track from Killora Road and it would be quite straightforward to put another track into Lot 2.

It's unusual to find such large-sized blocks on Bruny Island for such a reasonable price. The vendors would prefer to sell both together, but would also consider offers for the individual lots.
