At Fall Real Estate, we run Property Management differently from most other agencies. That is because we run our portfolios in teams of two so that our owners can be sure their investment properties are always being looked after, no matter what happens. It also means job responsibility sharing within the team when busy times of the year come around.
As a property manager, you will always have someone to discuss issues and solve problems with. We care about our people, so we have experienced leaders who support our property management teams. Our leaders will train you and are there for backup when needed.

Who we look for
Fall Real Estate is looking for driven and hard-working individuals to join our team. We welcome people who are goal-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
We encourage property managers with a current driver’s licence, experience working as a residential property manager, a current Property Representatives Licence, and up-to-date with Tasmanian real estate legislation to apply so you can find out why our staff enjoy working for us!
We also employ people just starting in the real estate industry who have a positive attitude, are a team player, are well presented, punctual and reliable, and hold a current driver’s licence.

Sales Agent
Fall Sales Agents sell their own properties and receive both the listing and sale commission. They are supported to establish their network and personal branding within the Fall company brand.

Administration
