Bec Clark started her real estate carer with Fall in 2016 working in our administration department but quickly transitioned into her current role in Property Management as she identified a passion for helping people find a home and the hands on role Property Management gives you, by making these moves it has given her an all-round view of the company and through her skills such as time management, organisation and communication.

Having grown up with family members in the real estate industry, Bec was highly motivated to start her career in real estate.

In her spare time she enjoys camping with family and friends, baking cakes and going for walks.

The key aspect of working in Real Estate for Bec is ensuring that your investment property is looked after and the stress for owners is taken away.

It is important that your rental is looked after by friendly, reliable and professional property managers, Bec and Tania are just that.

Bec is based in the Fall Real Estate Howrah office with Tania French and lives in Bellerive.

Please contact Bec on 0448 727 501 or rebecca@fall.com.au, if you would like to meet both Bec and Tania for an appraisal on your investment property or home.

What our customers think

Testimonials

  • I am the owner of 16 Vaughan Court, Tranmere which Tania and Bec currently manage. Your company has managed

my property for approximately 10 years. I would like to thank you for the superior management that I am enjoying

from Tania and Bec and feel it is in safe and capable hands. As I am an interstate owner, it is important that I am

kept fully informed and am given honest feedback. I am very happy that my interests are being looked after and

that I get the best advice from Tania. Recently I had a tenant move on and a new one was seamlessly obtained at a

competitive rental, based on Tania’s advice. The girls are an asset to your organisation and I am very happy to have

the house managed by you and them, now and in the future. Sometimes, it is a good idea to let the boss know what

is happening at the grassroots level, especially if the service is good.

    Kind regards
