Thirty years ago, we set out with a simple but powerful vision — to create a real estate agency that delivered service beyond expectations. We started with no stock, no clients, and just one goal: to support people through one of life’s biggest decisions with genuine care, expertise, and trust.

Today, as we reflect on three decades of Fall Real Estate, that same vision continues to guide us. We remain proudly family-owned and locally operated, with a team of over 70 dedicated staff working across nine offices throughout Southern Tasmania. What began as a small group with big hopes has grown into a trusted name, relied upon by thousands of Tasmanians for buying, selling, leasing, and property management.

Our success has never been about numbers. It’s about relationships — the lifelong clients, the first-home buyers, the families we’ve assisted through every chapter, and the investors who trust us to care for their assets. It’s also about the incredible team culture we’ve built — grounded in integrity, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous growth.

As we launch this anniversary campaign, we want to take a moment to say thank you. To our clients — past and present — thank you for being part of the journey.
