Providing an empathetic and personable approach to her career in real estate, Deb has built a well-established history of sales throughout Southern Tasmania, always achieving great results for her clients. Deb loves the process of getting to know her clients by building relationships and achieving great results, all of which are supported by her many recommendations and positive reviews.

Whilst working with clients, Deb’s number one priority is to understand their needs and expectations, not only for real estate, but also for their current stage in life. Having worked in real estate for over 13 years, Deb is fully empathetic to the importance of buying and selling real estate, as well as the emotional impact it has on individuals. It is with this awareness that she always looks to explore all avenues when working with her clients, searching for an approach that will maximise their lifestyle and personal needs.

Previous to commencing her career in real estate, Deb had the experience of managing multiple businesses, including spending over 20 years as a hairdresser and beautician (5 years operating her own business), and 6 years operating her own Bakers Delight bakery. Throughout each of these periods, Deb learned many key values and qualities that she carries with her to this day in real estate, including the importance of teamwork, empathy, prompt communication, and always having a good sense of humour.
