WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We will collect information that you provide to us when you are using any of our services or when you provide information through our Site. Such information may include, but may not be limited to:

Government related identifiers
For the purposes of identification and verification, we may be required to collect government-related identifiers such as your tax file number, Medicare number, Centrelink reference number, drivers licence number, passport number and individual healthcare identifiers.
