Jude Viney

Jude is the Bruny Island property agent for Fall Real Estate, having started work in real estate on Bruny in 2011, before joining Fall in 2014. She has built a reputation for her integrity, her strong work ethic and her personable, friendly manner. She supports island businesses, using local tradespeople and contractors for new builds, property inspections, maintenance and other tasks; giving vouchers as prizes and gifts; and tapping into the skills of a local photographer.

Jude knows that real estate is a people-based business, where success depends on forging good relationships with the vendors who are her clients, as well as understanding and responding to the needs of purchasers. Her approach involves intense research and study of the property market to provide accurate and honest information. Working with integrity and building good relationships has resulted in many long-term friendships.

As a part of her love and passion for what Bruny Island has to offer, Jude and her husband Chris moved to the island in 2019, becoming a part of the community they had already grown to love.
