Kim Chandler-Storey

Kim regards selling someone’s home as a HUGE responsibility and is well aware of the emotional roller coaster that a vendor can ride, but she will confidently reach a happy outcome! With well over 100 Million dollars worth of sales to her credit and having worked within real estate for over 20 years, you can be assured that you are in the capable hands of a true industry professional. Kim has gathered a mountain of knowledge throughout her career; in that time she has received her Diploma of Property Services (Real Estate) and has even run her own real estate business.  But after being the boss for 12 months and making a profit she decided to work for someone else.

Kim moved to the Kingborough region to rent her grandmother’s house on the beach and she now finds that 30 years later she is still here in the channel area.  Her children went to school here, and have now settled here. She recently sold a beautiful home to her mother who has relocated here from South Hobart after 40 years.

Kim and her husband's last home of 20 waso n Roslyn Avenue in Kingston Beach and is indeed extremely recognisable. After John (her wonderful husband) renovated their property they went from a 1 storey home to a stately 3-storey home that they loved and originally bought for $145,000 and Sold for over $1.2 Million.  They have now decided to opt for a tree change and have moved with their 6 children to 7 acres in Sandfly.  They now have a hobby farm with many animals and are undertaking renovating their new old A frame log cabin country home.

She is very recognised in Kingston having run charity auctions for local businesses and volunteered at many different sites over the years for different causes.
