Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
The competition is open to children aged 0–5 years, 6–10 years, and 11+ years. One entry per child. Entry is open to Australian residents only.
2. How to Enter:
To enter, children must colour the page provided and submit it via email to realestate@fall.com.au or drop it into any Fall Real Estate office. Submissions must include the child’s name, age, and a parent/guardian’s contact details.
3. Entry Deadline:
All entries must be received by 5:00 PM on 18th July 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.
4. Prize Details:
Multiple winners will be selected randomly within each age category to receive family movie tickets. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
5. Judging:
Winners will be chosen using a random name generator. Entries will not be judged based on artistic merit.
6. Use of Entries:
By entering the competition, parents/guardians grant Fall Real Estate permission to display and share the submitted artwork online and in print. Only the child’s first name will be published.
7. Contact and Notification:
Winners will be contacted via the parent/guardian contact information provided. If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.
8. Privacy:
All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Social Media:
Entries may be submitted or showcased via social media. Tagging @fallrealestate is encouraged, but not required for entry.
10. General:
Fall Real Estate reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition or its terms at any time without prior notice.
